An eyewitness describes what she saw when George Michael fell out of a speeding car last Thursday, and George Michael’s spokesperson talks about his condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Katherine Fox was one of the first on the scene of George Michael’s accident, according to The Sun<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Katherine said: \u201cI saw blood everywhere and a man on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI thought someone had run across the road and been hit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI asked what had gone on and was told he tried to open the car door and shut it again because it wasn\u2019t shut properly and apparently fell out at 70mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was on the phone to the ambulance and said, \u2018You\u2019d better come quick. This doesn\u2019t look good\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGeorge was wearing a black and gold Adidas tracksuit that was ripped all down the arm and shoulder. He had no trainers on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI grabbed one from the second lane because cars were swerving to avoid it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHis sunglasses were also in the road. I could hear the crunch as cars drove over them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGeorge didn\u2019t say anything, he just seemed in shock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe was sitting down against a car and in the arms of his friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe guy holding him was quite scared. He kept saying to George, \u2018Are you all right mate?\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think George was lucky he didn\u2019t die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf he\u2019d landed in the second lane he would have been hit by a car without a doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe was in the middle of the M1. I could have run him over.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The BBC<\/a> is reporting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His spokeswoman said: “Following the traffic accident on Thursday, we can confirm that he is still in hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are keen to stress it’s purely as a precaution for observation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“He did suffer a couple of bumps and bruises to the head and that’s why they are keeping him in – to keep an eye on him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“He is doing better. He is making good progress and is looking forward to getting out.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
