It would not include earnings from the 40th anniversary release of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogworld.com\/blog\/2024\/10\/17\/george-michael-careless-whisper-40\/\">Careless Whisper<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogworld.com\/blog\/2024\/10\/24\/wham-last-christmas-40th-anniversary-cd-vinyl\/\">Last Christmas<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividends of \u00a31,378,699 in 2024 (compared to \u00a33,292,210 in 2023) were approved and paid by the directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly, under the future developments heading, the report states: &#8220;The activity of the group will broaden in the next one to three years to include live public performances.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earnings came from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a32,992,964 from publishing income <br>(compared to \u00a320,623,079 in 2023).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a33,534,705 from record royalties <br>(compared to \u00a32,560,287 in 2023).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a36,260 from merchandise income <br>(compared to 0 in 2023).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a30 for Class 4 <br>(compared to \u00a3275,000 in 2023).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a39,351 for Recharged income <br>(compared to 0 in 2023). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a391,559 for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogworld.com\/blog\/2024\/02\/12\/netflix-wham-documentary\/\">Wham! Netflix documentary<\/a> <br>(compared to \u00a3318,856).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nobby&#8217;s Hobbies Holdings Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsidary undertakings of the company were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Big Geoff Overseas Limited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robobuild Limited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wham Music Limited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>George Michael Songs Limited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infamy Inc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Robobuild Limited, Big Geoff Overseas Limited, and Wham Music Limited paid donations to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogworld.com\/blog\/2024\/12\/26\/the-george-michael-fund\/\">The Mill Charitable Trust<\/a> in the amounts of \u00a3580,643, \u00a31,410,000, and \u00a3340,000 respectively, which totals \u00a32,330,643.
