It feels like it’s 1988 around here with the thrill of new promotions from George Michael: The Faith Tour<\/a>. Fans have been treated to two surprises: the official release of the live audio of “Father Figure” and a newly issued video clip from the Paris 1988 rushes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These promotional releases give us yet another glimpse into the restored concert film, which will premiere on November 6 in the UK and December 11 in the US and Canada<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A New Live Audio Release: “Father Figure” from Paris, 1988<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The newly released live audio of “Father Figure” captures George Michael at his most soulful and commanding. Shirley Lewis, who sang on the original “Father Figure<\/a>“, has posted the following statement on Instagram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
