The Faith Tour Comes to Vinyl, CD, and MP3

Along with the George Michael: The Faith Tour film, fans are getting to choose between new vinyl, CD, and MP3 options of The Faith Tour. The 18-track collection is available for preorder and will be available November 6, 2026. Please note some choices are 16-track collections.

The official site has a number of options, including vinyl with a Faith t-shirt replica, CDs with a Faith baseball cap, and a Faith crewneck with picture disc.

Multiple Editions for Collectors

The UK version of Amazon currently has more options than Amazon US.

One of the differences in the vinyl sets is that the 2-vinyl set is only 16 songs, whereas the 3-vinyl set is the 18-track version.

It feels like it’s 1988 around here with the thrill of new promotions from George Michael: The Faith Tour. Fans have been treated to two surprises: the official release of the live audio of “Father Figure” and a newly issued video clip from the Paris 1988 rushes.

These promotional releases give us yet another glimpse into the restored concert film, which will premiere on November 6 in the UK and December 11 in the US and Canada.

A New Live Audio Release: “Father Figure” from Paris, 1988

The newly released live audio of “Father Figure” captures George Michael at his most soulful and commanding. Shirley Lewis, who sang on the original “Father Figure“, has posted the following statement on Instagram:

“We’re super excited about the release of this live album 👏
“It’s been a real honour to be involved in this project and we know you’ll love it!”

The upcoming 18-track live album of The Faith Tour (#ad) will be released on November 6, 2026, and include the live version of “Father Figure.”

A Rare Video Clip from the Rushes: “Father Figure”

The newly released video clip offers the raw footage from the original 35mm rushes, unseen for decades. Considering how polished the video appears on the trailer, the video clip exhibits the rough condition of the original footage.

George Michael’s Faith Tour Trailer Drops Today, Confirming UK and US/Canada Premieres

The trailer for George Michael: The Faith Tour premiered today and confirmed that the film will premiere on November 4, 2026, internationally, with a December 11, 2026, premiere for the US and Canada. There is no word yet on whether this will be a one-day event like the documentary for WHAM! 10 Days in China. According to the post, tickets will be on sale soon. The live album will be available for preorder on September 2, 2026.

Fans Get a New Look at the Rediscovered Footage

For fans who lived through the Faith era, today’s trailer from the May 30 and 31, 1988, shows at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy is a fun teaser. Including clear close-ups and the epic singing fans know and love, the new trailer gives us hints of the quality of the new film and album.

Along with the film, fans will be able to preorder the live album, starting on September 2, 2026.
